According to the legal profession and the Football Association today (1st), the Seoul Southern District Court (judge Yoon Young-chan) sentenced football leader A (49) to 10 months in prison and 40 hours of sexual violence treatment program in the first trial of the forced harassment case on the 24th of last month.
“In light of the relationship between the victim and the accused, it is self-evident that the victim’s psychological shock is great, and the nature of the crime is not very good,” the court said in its ruling. “The defendant was not forgiven by the victim, and the victim pleaded for severe punishment, clarifying his intention to refuse not only to settle with the defendant but also to commit criminal charges. Previously, the leader A was suspended by the Korea Football Association for seven years for manipulating matches in the group stage of the Fall Korea High School Federation in August 2019.
